Since we're a budgeting app, you'll enter information about your income, expenses, and spending categories. We store this data securely so you can track your financial habits over time. We don't connect to your bank accounts directly—you enter what you want to track manually.
Usage Information
We collect data about how you interact with the app. Things like which features you use most, when you log in, and what devices you're using. This helps us fix bugs and build features that actually matter to you.

Only authorized team members can access user data, and only when necessary for support or maintenance. We log every access and review these logs regularly. Our team is trained on data protection practices and signs confidentiality agreements.
Infrastructure Security
We host our servers with reputable cloud providers that maintain ISO 27001 certification. Our systems are monitored around the clock for unusual activity. We run regular security audits and penetration testing to find vulnerabilities before anyone else does.
That said, no system is 100% secure. We do our best, but you should also use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication when we offer it.

We don't share your financial data with advertisers or marketing companies. Your budget is your business.
Your Rights Under Thai Law
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you specific rights over your personal information. Here's what you can do:
- Access Your Data: You can request a copy of all personal information we hold about you. We'll provide it in a readable format within 30 days.
- Correct Inaccuracies: If any information we have is wrong or outdated, you can ask us to fix it. You can also update most details directly in your account settings.
- Delete Your Account: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. Just email us at [email protected], and we'll process your request within 7 business days.
- Object to Processing: If you disagree with how we're using your data, you can object. We'll review your request and stop processing if we don't have a legitimate reason to continue.
- Data Portability: You can export your budget data in CSV or JSON format at any time from your account dashboard.
- Withdraw Consent: If we're processing data based on your consent, you can withdraw it anytime. This won't affect data we processed before you withdrew consent.

Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and understand how people use the app. Most of these are essential for the service to work properly.
Essential Cookies
These keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Without them, the app won't function correctly. They expire when you close your browser or after 30 days, whichever comes first.
Analytics Cookies
We use analytics tools to understand which features get used and where people run into problems. This data is anonymized—we can't trace it back to individual users. You can opt out of analytics tracking in your account settings.
We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Data Retention
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. Here's our approach to retention:
Your active budget data stays in our system as long as your account is active. If you delete specific entries or categories, they're removed immediately from our production databases (though they might exist in backups for up to 90 days).
If you close your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days. We might keep some anonymized usage statistics for analytical purposes, but nothing that identifies you personally.
For legal and accounting purposes, we retain transaction records and support communications for 2 years after your last interaction with us. This helps us resolve disputes and comply with Thai tax regulations.
International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in Singapore, which means your data is stored outside Thailand. Singapore has strong data protection laws that are recognized internationally, so your information is well protected.
If we ever need to transfer data to other countries, we'll use approved mechanisms like standard contractual clauses to ensure adequate protection. We'll update this policy if our data storage locations change significantly.
Children's Privacy
ToolCore App is designed for adults managing their personal finances. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old. If you're a parent and discover your child has created an account, please contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We update this privacy policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Minor updates—like clarifying existing practices or fixing typos—won't trigger an email, but we'll always note the revision date at the top of this page. Check back periodically if you want to stay informed.
If you don't agree with any changes, you can close your account before they take effect.
